MSC seeks to develop leadership and build/strengthen governance and management capacities of our clients and client institutions to enable them run viable and sustainable businesses.
The capacity building covers support in strategic planning; data management and reporting systems; monitoring and evaluation; target indicator development; and auditing and dissemination of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The training approaches used are:

Further, MSC has developed a community-based extension and advisory platform directed at supporting the VSLAs and SACCOs.
